Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Who we are:

Luce Pottery Studio is based in Saskatchewan, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information through lucepottery.com, our waitlists, digital pattern purchases, and online workshops.

For privacy questions or requests, contact the person responsible for privacy at [email protected] or write to Luce Pottery Studio, Box 651, Whitewood, SK, S0G5C0.

Information we collect:

When you join a waitlist, contact us, purchase a product, or access a workshop, we collect information relevant to that activity. This can include your name, email address, messages, order details, billing information, account details, and workshop access information.

Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, cookies, and access logs to operate and secure the services. Payment information is handled through the payment service used at checkout; do not send card details to us by email.

How we use information:

We use personal information to:

Record your waitlist registration and send the workshop updates you requested.

Process orders and deliver digital patterns and workshop access.

Provide customer support and important service or purchase notices.

Maintain consent and unsubscribe records.

Protect our services, investigate misuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We seek additional consent for materially different uses unless the law permits otherwise. Signing up for a waitlist does not require you to purchase anything.

Email choices:

If you join a workshop waitlist, we use your email to confirm your registration and send relevant workshop updates and launch information. Other promotional messages will be sent only with appropriate consent.

You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary non-promotional communications about an existing order or account where permitted by law.

Service providers and sharing:

We use FG Funnels and its underlying HighLevel/LeadConnector services to manage pages, forms, contacts, emails, automations, and workshop delivery where applicable. Other providers may support payment processing, hosting, communications, and technical operations.

We share information with providers as needed for those purposes and use reasonable contractual or other measures to protect information handled on our behalf. We may also disclose information with your consent or where legally required or permitted. We do not sell or rent our customer or waitlist contact lists.

Providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country's laws and lawful access by its authorities. Contact us for information about our service providers and cross-border practices.

Cookies:

Our site and integrated services may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as security, login sessions, preferences, and service operation. Browser settings allow you to control or delete cookies; disabling them may affect functionality. Where optional tracking requires consent, we obtain that consent before enabling it.

Retention and safeguards:

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it, subject to backup cycles. We may retain limited unsubscribe information to respect your choice.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction, and concerns:

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, information about our practices, or withdrawal of consent. We may verify your identity before acting. Requests are subject to applicable legal limits; deletion may not be possible for records we must retain. We will explain relevant limits and respond within applicable timelines.

If we cannot resolve a privacy concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Updates:

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice or seek consent when required.
